分析了联合站原油沉降脱水系统的生产特性和生产过程中变量参数之间的关系。提出了一种改进的PID控制算法,并设计了联合站油水分离过程中的参数间能互相协调的控制方案。达到控制指标为F2≤30%;约束条件为0.25MPa≤ps≤0.35MPa。控制方案在某联合站实施一年来,沉降脱水后的原油含水稳定在10%~20%范围内。
The relationship between the production characteristics of the crude oil settling and dehydration system and the variable parameters in the production process was analyzed. An improved PID control algorithm is proposed and a control scheme is designed to coordinate the parameters in the process of oil-water separation at the joint station.
