热处理工序有两个重要的组成环节:一是加热;二是冷却。零件在冷却时所采用的冷却介质(这里即淬火介质)及冷却方式对热处理后的零件质量起着重要的作用。热处理过程中造成的变形、开裂、硬度不足等,往往是由于冷却介质或冷却方式选择不当所造成的,因此对冷却介质的选择,一直是热处理工作者所重视的问题。为了保证零件在热处理以后获得所要求的硬度和良好的机械性能,并能减少变形及避免开裂……,国内外在这方面均采取了许多措施,其中主要的是研究和采用新型淬火介质。此外,在冷却方式上采用搅拌、喷淋、强制循环等办法,以进一步调整冷却介质的冷却能力。
Heat treatment process has two important components: First, heating; the second is cooling. Cooling parts used in the cooling medium (here is the quenching medium) and cooling methods on the quality of parts after heat treatment plays an important role.
