目的 将德国宇航中心的飞行员纸笔测试系统修订为适合中国民航飞行学员心理选拔工具。 方法 采用心理测量学方法建立德国飞行员心理选拔系统中国版本的常模及其评分标准 ,检验选拔工具的难度、区分度以及信度、效度等技术指标。 结果 修订后的能力倾向性测试项目的难度 ,区分度良好 ,知识性测验的难度水平总体上偏易 ,大多数能力倾向性测验的信度系数在 0 .80以上 ,知识性测验的信度系数小于 0 .80 ,个性测验各分量表的信度系数在 0 .70~ 0 .80之间 :预测淘汰符合率为 6 7% ,预测合格符合率为 97% ,筛除率为 36 % ,损失率为 1% ,总符合率为 96 %。 结论 修订后的纸笔测试系统的难度和区分度较好 ,系统的预测信度、效度以及预测符合率较高 ,适合于对初始飞行员进行心理选拔
Aim To revise the Pilot Pens Test System of the German Aerospace Center to be suitable for the psychological selection of Chinese civil aviation pilots. Methods A psychometric method was used to establish the Chinese version of the pilot selection system for pilots in Germany and its evaluation criteria. The difficulty, discrimination, reliability and validity of the selection tools were tested. Results The degree of difficulty and discrimination of the revised proficiency testing program were good. The level of difficulty of knowledge testing was generally biased. The reliability coefficient of most of the aptitude tests was above 0.80. The reliability coefficient of knowledge testing Less than 0.80. The reliability coefficient of individual subscales ranged from 0.70 to 0.80. The coincidence rate of prediction and elimination was 67% and 97% respectively. The screening rate was 36% and the loss The rate is 1% and the total coincidence rate is 96%. Conclusion The revised paper-pen test system is more difficult and differentiated, and the system’s reliability, validity and predictive accuracy are higher, which is suitable for the psychological selection of the initial pilots
