谈新课改背景下的教与学

新一轮基础教育课程改革强调,在师生双方教育活动中,教育教学是教与学的交往、互动,师生双方相互交流、相互沟通、相互启发、相互补充。在这个过程中,教师与学生分享彼此的思考、经验和知识,交流彼此的情感、体验与观念,丰富教学内容,求得新的发展,从而达成共识、共享、共进,实现教学相长和共同发展。交往昭示着教学不是教师教、学生学的机械相加,传统的严格意义上的教师教和学生学,将不断让位于师生互教互学,彼此将形成一个真正的“学习共同体”。在这个共同体中,学生的教师和教师的学生不复存在,取而代之的是新的术语:教师式的学生和学生式的教师。教师不再仅仅去教,而且也通过对话被教,学生在被教的同时,也同时在教。他们共同对整个成长负责。对教学而言,它不仅是一种认识活动的过程,更是人与人之间平等的精神交流。对学生而言,交往意味着主体性的凸显、个性的表现、创造性的解放。对教师而言,交往意味着上课不仅仅是传授知识,而是一起分享理解,促进学习;上课不是单向的付出,而是生命活动、专业成长和自我实现的过程。可以说,创设基于师生交往的互动、互惠的教育、教学关系,是新课改的一项重要内容。 The new round of basic education curriculum reform emphasizes that in the educational activities of both teachers and students, education and teaching are the interaction and interaction between teaching and learning. Both teachers and students exchange, communicate and inspire each other and complement each other. In this process, teachers and students share their thoughts, experiences and knowledge with each other, share each other’s emotions, experiences and ideas, enrich teaching contents and seek new developments so as to reach consensus, share and work together to achieve long-term teaching and common development . Communication shows that teaching is not a teaching of teachers, students learn mechanical addition, the traditional strict sense of teacher teaching and student learning, will continue to give way to interaction between teachers and students to learn from each other will form a real “learning community ”. In this community, student teachers and teachers no longer exist, but new terminology is replaced by teacher-student and student-teacher. Teachers no longer teach, but are also taught through dialogue, while students are being taught and teaching at the same time. Together they are responsible for the whole growth. For teaching, it is not only a process of recognizing activities, but also an equal spirit exchange among people. For students, communication means the highlight of subjectivity, the performance of personality, and the creative emancipation. For teachers, the interaction means that the class is not just to impart knowledge, but to share understanding and promote learning; class is not a one-way pay, but life activity, professional growth and self-realization process. It can be said that the creation of an interactive and mutually beneficial education and teaching relationship based on teacher-student interaction is an important part of the new curriculum reform.
