慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)是一种气流受限为特征的疾病,气流受限不能完全可逆,并进行性发展;多与肺部对有害颗粒与气体的炎症反应相关。由于工业的发展,环境的污染,COPD在全球发病率呈明显上升趋势,近年来的研究发现许多细胞因子参与了COPD的调节,并且从分子水平解释COPD的病理过 Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) is a disease characterized by limited air flow, limited airflow can not be completely reversible and progressive development; and more with the lungs of the harmful particles and gas inflammation. Due to industrial development and environmental pollution, the global incidence of COPD has been on the rise.
