目的观察香芹酚对糖尿病小鼠糖脂代谢的影响。方法腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(streptozotocin,STZ)建立1型糖尿病C57BL/6小鼠模型,成模小鼠随机分成3组(糖尿病组、香芹酚10、20 mg·kg~(-1)低、高剂量组),以同周龄同性别正常小鼠为对照组。糖尿病组和对照组腹腔注射生理盐水,其余组每天腹腔注射香芹酚,每周测体重和随机血糖,分别在给药2、4、6周后处死,收集小鼠血清,检测血糖、血脂、血总胆固醇、肝功能指标。结果香芹酚可有效降低糖尿病小鼠的随机血糖、血脂和乳酸脱氢酶水平。结论香芹酚可降低1型糖尿病小鼠血糖、血脂,保护受损器官,对糖尿病及其并发症有一定的治疗作用。
Objective To observe the effect of carvacrol on the glucose and lipid metabolism in diabetic mice. Methods The C57BL / 6 mouse model of type 1 diabetes mellitus was established by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin (STZ). The model mice were randomly divided into 3 groups (diabetic group, carvacrol 10, 20 mg · kg -1) Low and high dose group), with the same age of the same sex normal mice as control group. Rats in the diabetic group and the control group were intraperitoneally injected with normal saline. The remaining rats were intraperitoneally injected with carvacrol, and the body weight and random blood glucose were measured every week. The mice were sacrificed at 2, 4 and 6 weeks after the administration. Serum was collected and serum glucose, Blood total cholesterol, liver function indicators. Results Carvone can effectively reduce the diabetic mice with random blood glucose, blood lipids and lactate dehydrogenase levels. Conclusions Carvacrol can reduce blood glucose, blood lipids and protect the damaged organs in type 1 diabetic mice, and have some therapeutic effects on diabetes and its complications.
