12例男性活动性柯兴氏病患者,年龄16～61岁,平均41岁。除1例外,所有病例均未行治疗。1例患有垂体肿瘤,其他病例蝶鞍均正常。无甲状腺功能减退的表现。患病前性功能均正常,发病后,其中7例性欲减退,8例阳萎。进行尿游离皮质醇(UFF),血浆睾酮(T),促性腺激素LH-RH试验,以及血浆ACTH放射免疫性测定。基础值测定后3周1例死亡,其余11例经O,-P’DDD等治疗6～20月缓解,重复了上述各种激素测定。结果:治疗前,睾酮平均1.8ng/ml(正常值6.8ng/ml);治疗后,所有病例均有不同程度地升高。UFF治疗前平均438μg/24h(正常7.4μg/24h),治疗后恢复正常。LH基础值在注入LH-RH150μg之后,测定平均2.5mu/ml。FSH基础值在注入LH-RH后测定均有比基础值明显增高倾向。随访中,UFF、
12 cases of male patients with active Cushing’s disease, aged 16 to 61 years, mean 41 years. With one exception, none of the cases were treated. One patient had a pituitary tumor and the other patients had normal sella. No performance of hypothyroidism. Before the onset of sexual function are normal, after onset, of which 7 cases of loss of libido, 8 cases of impotence.
