某预备役炮兵团二营举行军事训练,其训练的对象大多是退伍军人和基干民兵,而当地武装部拿出民兵整组名单一对照,发现其中有20％的人赫然在册。据调查,这种一兵多编的现象在其他县市也普遍存在,给民兵整组、训练带来了一定的麻烦,一部分民兵、预备役人员在一年内分别参加了武装部和预备役部队组织的军事训练。为了解决这种一兵多编、重复训练的矛盾,使其编组和训练达到更加科学合理,笔者认为从以下几方面进行探究改进。 A reserve artillery Regiment 2 battalion held military training. Its training targets mostly veterans and basic militias. Local militiamen took out a complete list of militia groups and found that 20% of them were on the books. According to the survey, this phenomenon of one soldier’s multiple compilation also prevailed in other counties and cities, causing some troubles to the entire militia group and training. Some of the militia and reservists were participating in the armed forces and reserve forces organizations within a year respectively military training. In order to solve this contradiction of one more army and multiple exercises and repeated training, it is more scientific and reasonable to organize and train them. The author thinks that the following aspects should be explored and improved.
