分析了直径为1.2mm的490MPa氧化钛型CO_2气体保护药芯焊丝药芯粉填充的均匀性,测量了药芯率大小,对药芯粉中磁性与非磁性物质进行了分离,并测定了药芯粉所含元素和组成物相。此外,还进行了药芯焊丝的操作性能,焊缝金属力学性能试验。结果表明:氧化钛型CO_2气体保护药芯焊丝具有良好的焊接工艺性能和焊缝金属有很高的韧性。
The uniformity of filling of 490mm titanium oxide CO_2 gas shielded flux cored wire with diameter of 1.2mm was analyzed. The ratio of drug core was measured. The separation of magnetic and nonmagnetic materials in powder core was studied. Core powder contains the elements and composition phase. In addition, the performance of the flux cored wire and the mechanical properties of the weld metal were tested. The results show that: the titanium dioxide type CO_2 gas shielded flux cored wire has good welding process performance and the weld metal has high toughness.
