目的:对广地龙的血清药物化学进行初步研究。方法:应用超高液相色谱-串联四级杆飞行时间质谱技术(UPLC-Q-TOF-MS)建立广地龙及其含药血清样品的分析方法;比较体外样品、空白血清及含药血清分析结果,结合Peakview 2.0和Metabolite Pilot 1.5数据分析软件鉴定和表征广地龙血中移行成分。结果:从大鼠含药血清中发现了13个移行成分,包括10个原型成分和3个代谢产物。结论:初步确定了广地龙的血中原型成分及代谢产物,有助于阐明其药效物质基础和作用机理。
OBJECTIVE: To study the serum drug chemistry of Digimonae. Methods: The analytical method was established by UPLC-Q-TOF-MS with ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry The results of the analysis, combined with Peakview 2.0 and Metabolite Pilot 1.5 data analysis software, were used to identify and characterize the migratory components of C. lanceolata. Results: Thirteen migratory components were found in rat serum containing 10 prototype components and 3 metabolites. CONCLUSION: The preliminary determination of the blood prototyping components and metabolites of Cydonia przewalskii helps to clarify the substance basis and mechanism of action.
