众所周知,中华民族有尊师重道的传统,“师生如父子”、“一日为师,终身为父”等观念深入人心。作为智慧的化身和学术的权威,老师在教学活动中居于神圣的主导地位;作为学生的人生向导和道德楷模,老师赢得了“人类灵魂工程师”的美名。事实上,近一个世纪前的五四运动把科学、民主等现代观念带到中国,中国的师生关系已悄然发生变化,但是传统观念依然牢不可破。改革开放以来,在商品经济大潮的裹挟之下,由于教育体制改革相对滞后,传统的师生关系面临严峻考验。学生殴打老师屡见不鲜,弑师案件惊现校园,老师欺侮学生屡禁不止,体罚辱骂司空见惯……中国的师生关系怎么了?当老师走下神殿,教育将何去何从?师生关系在孩子的成长过程中发挥着怎样的作用?我们应该坚持传统还是应该与时俱进?和谐的新型师生关系如何建立?家长应该在其中扮演怎样的角色?这些沉重的问题引发我们的思考。
As we all know, the Chinese nation has the tradition of respecting teachers and relying on the principle of “honoring teachers,” “teachers and students as father and son”, and “one day as a teacher, lifelong father” and other ideas. As the incarnation of wisdom and academic authority, the teacher lives in the holy dominance of teaching activities. As a guide to life and a model of morality, the teacher has won the title of “Human Soul Engineer”. In fact, the May Fourth Movement nearly a century ago brought the modern concepts of science and democracy to China. The relationship between teachers and students in China has quietly changed. However, the traditional concepts are still unbreakable. Since the reform and opening up, due to the tide of commodity economy, due to the lagging education system reform, the traditional teacher-student relationship is facing a severe test. Teacher beating teachers are commonplace, teacher division Jingjing campus, teachers bullying students repeated, corporal punishment abusive commonplace ... China’s relationship between teachers and students how? When the teacher came down shrine, education will go from here? Teacher-student relationship in the process of child development What should we do? Should we stick to the tradition or should we keep pace with the times? How will the new harmonious relationship between teachers and students be established? What should parents play in these roles? These heavy questions lead us to think.
