我院自1989年1月至1998年12月间共做剖宫产术3642例,其中合并心脏病者46例,占总数的1.26％。作者就其麻醉处理经过报告如下。1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料 本组46例,年龄27±4.12岁(24～33岁)。初产妇42例,经产妇4例。均为足妊,因心衰、妊高征、滞产、胎儿宫内窘迫、头盆不称等而行剖宫产术。
Our hospital from January 1989 to December 1998 a total of 3642 cases of cesarean section, including 46 cases of heart disease, accounting for 1.26% of the total. The authors report on their anesthesia as follows. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General Information The group of 46 patients, aged 27 ± 4.12 years (24 to 33 years old). 42 cases of primipara, 4 cases of mothers. All foot pregnancy, due to heart failure, pregnancy-induced hypertension, prolonged labor, fetal distress, cephalopelvic disproportion and other cesarean section.
