采用“一步法”工艺进行了直接还原铁配煤试验研究,在保证提高还原铁产品质量的前提下,通过改良还原剂配方来提高福建本地无烟煤的应用比例以降低还原剂成本。试验结果表明,福建本地无烟煤与省外优质煤按照一定比例混合,得到的直接还原铁产品TFe品位可达到90.73%、金属化率95.44%。本地煤与优质煤混合使用能够充分利用福建丰富的煤矿资源,大大降低优质煤的用量,提高资源利用率,降低生产成本。
The “one-step” process was used to carry out direct reduction iron blending test. Under the premise of improving the quality of reduced iron product, the proportion of anthracite in Fujian was improved to reduce the cost of reducing agent by improving the formula of reducing agent. The test results show that Fujian local anthracite and high quality coal outside the province are mixed according to a certain proportion, and the TFe grade of the direct reduced iron product obtained can reach 90.73% and the metallization rate is 95.44%. Mixed use of local coal and high-quality coal can make full use of rich coal resources in Fujian, greatly reducing the amount of high-quality coal, improve resource utilization and reduce production costs.
