众所周知:能源、材料和信息是现代科学技术的三大支柱。整个社会正在向着信息亿方向发展。对于我们国家来说,经济体制改革的深入,经济结构模式的改变,更使得准确、及时的信息成为科学决策及其它工作顺利完成的必备条件。
It is well-known that energy, materials and information are the three pillars of modern science and technology. The whole society is moving toward information billion. For our country, the deepening of the reform of the economic system and the change in the economic structure model have made accurate and timely information a prerequisite for the successful completion of scientific decisions and other tasks.
