首次提出了采用多面空心球内装磁铁块制作的磁化帘降尘新方法.通过推导气固两相流动相似准则,确定了模型的单值性条件,设计了相似模拟实验的巷道模型并进行了磁化帘降尘模拟实验.结果表明:在较小的通风阻力下,磁化帘最高可达到近70%的降尘效率
For the first time, a new method of dusting the magnetized curtain using the multi-faceted hollow ball is proposed. By deducing the similarity criterion of gas-solid two-phase flow, the single-value condition of the model is determined, the tunnel model of similar simulation experiment is designed, and the simulation experiment of magnetized curtain dust reduction is carried out. The results show that the magnetizing curtain can achieve a dust reduction efficiency of up to 70% with a small ventilation resistance
