目的探讨经巩膜外睫状体光凝治疗眼压难以控制青光眼的临床价值。方法应用接触式半导体激光对19例(19眼)眼压为49.30±11.58mmHg青光眼患者进行睫状体光凝。结果随访5.5±3.44月眼压控制在25.62±13.64mmHg。结论接触式半导体激光行睫状体光凝是治疗各类眼压难以控制青光眼的有效、安全治疗方法。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of trans-scleral ciliary body photocoagulation in the treatment of glaucoma with intraocular pressure. Methods 19 cases (19 eyes) with 49.30 ± 11.58 mmHg glaucoma were treated with contact laser diode laser for ciliary body photocoagulation. Results The follow-up was 5.5 ± 3.44 month intraocular pressure control at 25.62 ± 13.64mmHg. Conclusions Contact laser diode ciliary body photocoagulation is an effective and safe treatment for various types of intraocular pressure in the treatment of glaucoma.
