目的探讨盐酸氨溴索联合小青龙汤治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床疗效。方法选取2009年4月—2013年4月民和回族土族自治县人民医院收治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者86例,随机分为观察组56例和对照组30例。对照组给予盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入治疗;观察组在对照组的基础上联合小青龙汤口服治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后动脉血氧分压(Pa O2)、动脉血二氧化碳分压(Pa CO2)的变化情况,治疗后的临床疗效及复发率。结果两组患者治疗前Pa O2、Pa CO2比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后Pa O2高于对照组,Pa CO2低与对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患者复发5例(16.7%),观察组患者无一例复发,两组患者复发率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盐酸氨溴索联合小青龙汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床疗效显著,不良反应小,协同性良好。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of ambroxol combined with Xiaoqinglong decoction in the treatment of senile chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods Eighty-six patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) admitted from April 2009 to April 2013 in Minhe Hui Autonomous County People’s Hospital were randomly divided into observation group (56 cases) and control group (30 cases). The control group was treated with inhalation of ambroxol hydrochloride inhalation; the observation group was treated with Xiao Qing Long Tang orally on the basis of the control group. The changes of arterial partial pressure of oxygen (Pa O2) and arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide (Pa CO2) before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. The clinical efficacy and recurrence rate after treatment were compared. Results There was no significant difference in PaO 2 and PaCO 2 between the two groups before treatment (P> 0.05). The PaO 2 in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and PaCO 2 was lower in the observation group than in the control group (P < 0.05). The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). There were 5 cases (16.7%) in the control group and no recurrence in the observation group. The recurrence rates of the two groups were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Ambroxol Hydrochloride combined with Xiao Qing Long Decoction in treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease has obvious curative effect, small adverse reaction and good synergistic effect.
