通过对贵州3个县的调查研究发现,农村残疾儿童社会参与度整体水平低、个体差异大,在家庭、学校、社区以及其他社会活动中残疾儿童参与不足,这些受到自身、家庭、政府以及社会等多因素制约。要提高农村残疾儿童社会参与程度,需加快建立农村残疾儿童家庭补贴制度、农村特殊教育和康复制度,提高家长在社会参与能力方面的培育意识,提升农村公共文化对残疾儿童的包容度。
Through the investigation and study of three counties in Guizhou Province, it is found that the overall level of social participation of children with disabilities in rural areas is low, the individual differences are large, and the participation of disabled children in families, schools, communities and other social activities is insufficient, which is affected by themselves, their families, the government and the society And many other factors. To improve the social participation of children with disabilities in rural areas, it is necessary to speed up the establishment of family allowance system for rural children with disabilities, special education and rehabilitation system in rural areas, raise awareness of parental involvement in social participation and enhance inclusiveness of rural public culture for children with disabilities.
