以4个水稻群体(9802s、R287、两优287及(两优287)/R287)为材料,利用多年份多试点品种区域试验的统计分析方法,对其在2个年份和3个试点区所测得的叶长、叶宽、叶绿素含量spad1(抽穗时)和spad2(抽穗15d后)进行方差、单性状和综合性状的分析发现,水稻的持绿性状除了受到遗传基因型的影响外,还受到环境以及基因型×环境互作效应的影响,同一品种的同一性状在不同环境条件下的表现不一定相同;(两优287)/R287和两优287的持绿性均较强,虽然(两优287)/R287的spad2稳定性高于两优287,但是由于其变异性较大,两优287的综合性状优于(两优287)/R287.
