通过硫黄硫化体系和过氧化物硫化体系配方胶料中两种生胶的等量代换,研究了3604X胶料与3604胶料物理机械性能和加工性能的差异。结果表明,在等量硫黄硫化体系中3604X的交联活性低于3604;而在等量过氧化物硫化体系中3604X的交联活性高于3604。在实验条件下两种生胶等量代换后,硫化胶物理机械性能基本一致;但3604X胶料的耐寒性稍好,耐油性稍差。
The differences of physical and mechanical properties between 3604X compound and 3604 compound were studied by means of equivalent substitution of two kinds of raw glue in sulfur vulcanization system and peroxide vulcanization system compound. The results showed that the crosslinking activity of 3604X was less than 3604 in the same sulfur vulcanization system, while that of 3604X in the equivalent peroxide curing system was higher than 3604. Under the experimental conditions, the same physical and mechanical properties of the vulcanizates are basically the same after replacing the two kinds of raw gums in equal quantity; however, the cold resistance of the 3604X rubber material is slightly better, and the oil resistance is slightly worse.
