油田项目系统的实施和思考

江苏油田作为SAP在中国油田企业实施的第一家,项目系统(PS)无法从类似企业取得成功经验,涉及到有油田特色的系统非标准流程更无从借鉴,在项目实施过程中,江苏油田结合油田滚动勘探开发的生产特点以及建设项目分类的不同情况,在投资计划的下达与调整、项目的监控与信息集成、财务结算与项目转资等主要环节上设计了12套业务流程,涉及分公司所属7个二级单位、9个职能处室。 Jiangsu Oilfield, as the first enterprise implemented by SAP in Chinese oilfields, can not acquire successful experience from similar enterprises. It is even more difficult to draw reference from non-standard processes involving oilfields. During the project implementation, Jiangsu Oilfield combines Oilfield rolling exploration and development characteristics of the production and construction projects in different categories, in the investment plan and adjust the release of the project monitoring and information integration, financial settlement and project capital transfer and other major aspects of the design of the 12 sets of business processes involving branch offices Belongs to seven secondary units, nine function rooms.
