干旱胁迫对薏苡叶片生理指标及产量和籽粒品质的影响

目的研究薏苡在干旱胁迫条件下对其叶片生理指标、产量及籽粒品质的影响。方法采用盆栽干旱胁迫处理,测定不同时期的叶片净同化率、比叶重、叶绿素、气孔阻力、蒸腾速率、绿叶面积、粒灌浆时间、线性灌浆速度、籽粒百粒重、单株有效穗数、单穗穗粒数、结实率、单株产量、籽粒蛋白质、脂肪含量。结果中度干旱胁迫条件下薏苡叶片净同化率下降、比叶重减少、叶绿素降低、气孔阻力增加、蒸腾速率下降、绿叶面积减小、籽粒灌浆时间缩短、线性灌浆速度降低、籽粒百粒重降低、单株有效穗数分化减少、单穗穗粒数减少、结实率下降、单株产量下降。结论在遭受各期干旱胁迫下薏苡叶片各项生理指标影响较大,籽粒变小,产量降低,但籽粒蛋白质、脂肪含量增加。 Objective To study the effects of Coix lachrymapa on physiological indexes, yield and grain quality of leaves under drought stress. Conclusion All physiological indices of Coix lachryma-jobi (C. larch) leaves under various drought stress conditions have a greater impact, with smaller kernels and lower yield, but with increased grain protein and fat content.
