建国以来,中国的水利建设取得了突飞猛进的发展,截至目前,全国已建成各类水库8.6万多座,堤防长度28.69万km,水利工程年实际供水量达到5000多亿m3,农田灌溉面积从1949年的0.6亿hm2发展到2008年的0.58亿hm2。目前,数量众多的水工建筑物经过了近50年的使用,不同程度地出现了由于环境、使用问题而产生的老化问题。其中有些因为老化,效益日益衰退,并给下游带来不安全因素。所以,对于水工建筑物的老化问题研究分析并提出改善方法具有重要意义。
Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, the water conservancy construction in China has achieved rapid development. Up to now, more than 86,000 reservoirs have been built in China, with a total length of 286,900 km. The annual water supply of water conservancy projects has reached over 500 billion m3. The area under irrigation has increased from 1949 The year of 0.6 billion hm2 development to 2008 of 580000000 hm2. At present, a large number of hydraulic structures have been used for nearly 50 years, and the aging problems due to the environment and the use problems have appeared to varying degrees. Some of these are deteriorating due to aging and ineffective, with unsafe factors for the downstream. Therefore, it is of great significance to study and analyze the aging problems of hydraulic structures and to propose ways to improve them.
