本文用光学显微镜及穿透电子显微镜观察了HT80低合金高强钢模拟焊接热影响区的各部分组织,测定了不同热应变量下的位错密度及饱和扩散氢量。得到了位错密度与热应变量成直线关系及硬度与位错密度的平方根成直线关系这样两个重要结果。
In this paper, the microstructure of HT80 low-alloy high-strength steel simulated heat-affected zone (HAZ) was observed by optical microscope and transmission electron microscope. The dislocation density and saturated diffusible hydrogen were measured under different thermal strains. Two important results are obtained: the linear relationship between dislocation density and thermal strain and the linear relationship between hardness and square root of dislocation density.
