2010年底,全国非公企业中共有党员350多万名、党组织近30万个。3月8日,中央办公厅下发了《关于加强和改进非公有制企业党的建设工作的意见(试行)》。3月21日,中央召开了全国非公有制企业党的建设工作会议。6月25日,全国首家社科领域新社会组织党委——中共北京国际城市发展研究院委员会成立,会上,全国首个“两新”组织党建网络平台——新星网(www.xinx.org.cn)开通。明确任务:抓好“两个覆盖”、发挥好“两个作用”、加强“两支队伍”建设
