目的 探讨神经免疫性疾病 (IND)血浆和脑脊液 (CSF)中转化生长因子 β1 (TGF- β1 )与糖皮质激素 (GC)的关系。方法 双抗体夹心 EL ISA法 ,检测 2 2例 IND患者 GC治疗前后血浆和 CSF的 TGF- β1 含量 ,并与 2 0例脑梗塞(NIND)患者、18例手术 (OP)患者、11例未用 GC的重症肌无力患者 (NMG) TGF- β1 进行对比。结果 GC治疗前 ,IND组 TGF- β1 显著低于 NIND组 (血浆 :P<0 .0 1;CSF:P<0 .0 1)和 OP组 (血浆 :P<0 .0 1;CSF:P<0 .0 1) ;IND组治疗前显著低于治疗后 (血浆 :P<0 .0 1;CSF:P<0 .0 1) ;治疗后 ,IND组高于 NMG组 ,但无统计学意义 (血浆和 CSF:P>0 .0 5 )。结论 急性期 IND患者血浆和 CSF的 TGF- β1 有下降趋势 ,GC可能通过影响 TGF- β1 、IL2、IL15、INF- γ、TNF- α等细胞因子 (CK) ,在终止 IND病理免疫反应过程中发挥了作用
Objective To investigate the relationship between transforming growth factor β1 (TGF-β1) and glucocorticoid (GC) in plasma and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) of neuroimmune diseases (IND). Methods The plasma and CSF TGF-β1 levels in patients with IND before and after GC were measured by double-antibody sandwich ELISA, and were compared with those in 20 patients with cerebral infarction (NIND), 18 patients with OP (OP) and 11 patients GC of myasthenia gravis (NMG) TGF-β1 were compared. Results Before GC, the expression of TGF-β1 in IND group was significantly lower than that in NIND group (plasma: P <0.01; CSF: P <0.01) and OP group <0. 01). The IND group was significantly lower than that before treatment (plasma: P <0.01; CSF: P <0.01); After the treatment, the IND group was higher than the NMG group, but there was no statistical difference Significance (plasma and CSF: P> 0.05).
