病例资料　患者 ,女 ,5 6岁。排尿时头痛、心悸 10年 ,严重时晕倒 ,但无尿急、尿频、尿痛及排尿困难 ,无血尿、发热等症状。曾在本院及外地医院就诊 ,按更年期综合征治疗 ,症状无改善。查体 :间隙期血压 18/ 12kPa ,排尿后血压达 2 4/14kPa ,体温 3 6.4℃ ,脉搏 72次 /分 ,呼吸 Case information patients, female, 56 years old.
