A compressor is a fluid machine that converts the mechanical energy of a prime mover into the energy of a compressed medium and delivers the gas. In the process of gas field exploitation, the gas pressure of the untreated oilfield is relatively low, and the compressor is generally required to be pressurized before the collection process and processing; the crude oil is stable and the underground gas injection can not be separated from the compressor. In the gas field, individual low-pressure gas should be pressurized by the compressor, and the gas transmission pipeline should provide the compressor pressure to supply it. Therefore, it can be said that compressors are the heart equipment of gas field and gas transmission industry. In order to ensure smooth long-term normal operation of the compressor, reduce production costs, the planned high-quality over-completion of the product mission, the compressor must have long-term reliability, high efficiency, low energy consumption and other performance. Once the compressor fails, not only to the equipment itself has an impact, but also has a great impact on the production.
