介绍了国内第一台大型塔式起重机主钩变频调速系统的研制和试验实测数据的分析。采用该系统后解决了大型塔机普遍存在的三大问题(吊钩工作效率低、主拖动电机运行效率低和力矩保护装置可靠性较差),取得了相当可观的经济效益和社会效益,具有广泛的应用前景。
This paper introduces the research and experimental data analysis of the main hook frequency conversion speed regulation system of the first large tower crane in China. After the system is adopted, the three major problems commonly encountered in large tower cranes (low work efficiency of the hooks, low running efficiency of the main traction motor and poor reliability of the torque protection device) have been solved and considerable economic and social benefits have been achieved. Has a wide range of applications.
