目的:研究不同浓度的月桂氮酮及肉豆蔻酸对双氯芬酸透皮释放影响。方法:采用自制循环流通扩散透皮装置,以离体豚鼠皮肤为透皮屏障,用生理盐水为接受液,用760MC紫外分光光度计进行测定。结果:以0.018mol·kg-1月桂氮酮的双氯芬酸贴片为好;含月桂氮酮的优于不含月桂氮酮的;含0.0924mol·kg-1肉豆蔻酸异丙酯优于0.018mol·kg-1月桂氮酮的双氯芬酸贴片,其透皮释放作用明显。结论:双氯芬酸制成透皮贴剂是可以通过皮肤吸收的
Objective: To study the effects of different concentrations of azinon and myristic acid on the transdermal delivery of diclofenac. METHODS: A self-made circulation circulatory diffusion transdermal device was used to transdermal guinea pig skin transdermal barrier. The saline solution was used as the receiving solution, and was measured by 760MC ultraviolet spectrophotometer. Results: Diclofenac patch containing 0.018mol · kg-1-lanthaninone was better, laurin-azanone was better than that without laurin, 0.0924mol · kg-1 isopropyl myristate Diclofenac patch was superior to 0.018mol · kg-1 Dl-flufenamic acid patch, and its transdermal release effect was obvious. Conclusion: Diclofenac made transdermal patch can be absorbed through the skin
