本文报告了我院１９８６年１月至１９９３年１０月采用顺铂为主的联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌１２０例，取得了较好的近期疗效。完全缓解（ＣＲ）３例（２．５％），部分缓解（ＰＲ）３８例（３１．７％），稳定（ＮＳ）４９例（４０．８％），进展（ＰＤ）３０例（２５％）。有效率（ＣＲ＋ＰＲ）为３４．１％。主要毒副反应为胃肠道反应和骨髓抑制。 This article reports that 120 cases of advanced non-small cell lung cancer were treated with cisplatin-based combination chemotherapy from January 1986 to October 1993 in our hospital and achieved good short-term efficacy. Complete remission (CR) in 3 patients (2.5%), partial remission (PR) in 38 patients (31.7%), stable (NS) in 49 patients (40.8%), progression (PD) in 30 patients (25% ). The effective rate (CR+PR) was 34.1%. The main toxicities were gastrointestinal reactions and myelosuppression.
