分析了LED芯片在非控温状态下,温度达到平衡以后,功率与光效、光通量、温度、色温、主波长等之间的关系。研究表明:功率与温度和电流呈线性关系;光效随功率的升高先升高、后呈线性降低;色温随功率的增长呈上升趋势;显色指数在一定功率范围内随功率增加呈上升趋势。本研究对于LED芯片级光源的实际使用和研究分析有一定的指导意义。
The relationship between power and luminous efficiency, luminous flux, temperature, color temperature and dominant wavelength of LED chip after temperature equilibrium has been analyzed. The results show that power has a linear relationship with temperature and current. The luminous efficiency increases first and then decreases linearly with the increase of power. The color temperature increases with the increase of power. The color rendering index increases with the increase of power within a certain power range. This study has certain guiding significance for the practical use and research analysis of LED chip light source.
