本文通过分析历史气候资料表明:山西地处季风区,受冬季风影响时间长于夏季风影响时间,冬季风期间山西省盛行偏北气流,夏季风期间盛行偏南气流。统计山西季风雨带和季风进退的关系可知,两者之间有明显的相关性,夏季风强且偏北时,山西多雨,夏季风弱且偏南时,山西少雨。经分析对季风前缘提出了一些新的认识并指出对海拔较高的山西而言,取se=340表示夏季风前缘,se=284表示冬季风前缘比较合理。结合风向变化统计得出,每年11月第1候到次年3月第6候山西受冬季风影响,6月第5候至8月第6候受夏季风影响。
By analyzing historical climatic data, this paper shows that Shanxi is located in the monsoon region, and the time affected by the winter monsoon is longer than the impact time of the summer monsoon. During the winter monsoon, the prevailing northerly airstream in Shanxi Province and the prevailing south airstream prevail in the summer monsoon. Statistics show that the relationship between the monsoon rain belt and the advance and retreat of monsoon shows that there is a clear correlation between the two. When the summer monsoon is strong and northward, Shanxi is wet when there is rainy and summer monsoon is weak and southward. The analysis made some new understandings on the front of the monsoon and pointed out that for the high altitude Shanxi, take the se = 340 for the summer monsoon front and se = 284 for the winter monsoon front. According to the wind direction change statistics, Shanxi Province is affected by the winter monsoon from the 1st to the 6th in March and the 6th from the 5th to the 6th of August.
