为进一步研究钢纤维全轻混凝土梁斜截面开裂荷载的影响因素及计算公式,运用反位试验加载装置,采用两点对称集中加载的方法,对18根试验梁进行试验,并分析了剪跨比λ、钢纤维掺量ρf对钢纤维全轻混凝土开裂剪应力的影响。结果表明:随着剪跨比的增大,钢纤维全轻混凝土斜截面开裂时的剪应力不断减小;当钢纤维掺量增加时,钢纤维全轻混凝土剪应力随之增加。同时将混凝土抗剪开裂荷载的计算值与试验值进行对比,推导出适合钢纤维全轻混凝土梁开裂荷载的计算公式。
In order to further study the influencing factors and calculation formulas of the crack load of full-light steel reinforced concrete beams with oblique cross-section, 18 test beams were tested with anti-position loading device and two-point symmetric concentrated loading method. λ, steel fiber content ρf on the shear stress of steel lightweight concrete with light weight. The results show that with the increase of the shear span ratio, the shear stress decreases at the oblique section of the fully light steel fiber reinforced concrete. When the steel fiber content increases, the shear stress of the steel lightweight concrete increases. At the same time, the calculated value of shear strength and cracking resistance of concrete are compared with the test values to deduce the formula suitable for the cracking load of fully light steel fiber reinforced concrete beams.
