吃,还是不吃?怎么吃?这是困扰我十几年的大问题。2011年底,眼看体重突破160大关,昔日朋友见到我,都惊呼不断:“你怎么胖成这样,太吓人了!”太伤自尊了!终于尝试了针灸减肥,效果显著啊!一针掉两斤,10天5针掉10斤,但是,一天只能吃一小碗水煮青菜,其余都禁止。那段时间,饿得我说话都上气不接下气。最终一个月减了20斤,此后长达一年时间比较节制,基本不沾主食,维持还不错。
