语文学科作为一门社会学科,在学生的德育和智育发展上有着其他学科不可替代的作用。随着素质教育的全面实施,语文教学的重要性变得越来越明显。在语文教学中实施素质教育,就应培养学生的主体意识。特别是初中阶段,学生的独立观察能力和思维能力日益提高,情感日益丰富,意志品质等日趋成熟。因此,教学过程中更应注重培养、增强学生的主体意识。多年来,我坚持这方面的教学实践,收到了较好的效果。具体做法如下:一树立正确的学生观和教学观,建立学生的主体意识
