硒是体内必需的微量元素,广泛分布于人体的所有组织和器官,具有生物学功能。缺硒可以导致人体多种疾病,有研究表明低硒与大骨节病的发生、发展有密切的关系[1,2]。为了解吉林省大骨节病区内外环境硒水平,我们于2012年在吉林省21个大骨节病病区县(市)采集自产粮食(玉米)和7~12岁儿童头发样本各1 500份,并测定粮食硒和发硒的含量。
