班主任是一个班级的主要领导者、组织者、实施者。在多年的班主任工作实践中,笔者深深地体会到,仅靠自己摸索班级管理方法是远远不够的,还要不断学习其他优秀班主任和专家的宝贵经验,这是促进班主任快速成长的捷径。但是,我们在学习他人经验的时候,到底该怎么学?学什么?笔者认为,应该克服“两大误区”。
Class teacher is a class leader, organizer, implementer. After years of working experience in class teacher, I deeply understand that it is not enough to explore the class management method alone, but also to continuously learn valuable experience of other class teachers and experts, which is a shortcut to promote the rapid growth of class teacher. However, when we learn from the experience of others, how to learn? In the author’s opinion, we should overcome the “two errors”.
