目的:研究并且总结住院患者开展药学服务的临床方案以及应用效果。方法:抽取我院内科2014年1月-2015年12月住院患者220例为研究对象,对研究对象进行临床药学服务,比较研究对象接受药学服务前后对常见药学问题的掌握程度。结果:患者对本次药学服务满意比例显著高于不满意比例(P<0.05)。药学服务后住院患者对药学常识掌握评分显著高于之前评分(P<0.05)。结论:根据患者具体情况进行药学服务,能够有效提高住院患者对常见药学知识掌握程度,利于提高患者对临床治疗、用药依从性。
OBJECTIVE: To study and summarize the clinical programs and application effects of inpatient pharmacy services. Methods: 220 hospitalized patients in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were selected as the research object, and clinical pharmacy services were performed on the subjects. The degree of mastery of the common pharmacy problems before and after receiving the pharmacy service was compared. Results: The satisfaction ratio of patients to this pharmacy service was significantly higher than that of dissatisfaction (P <0.05). Inpatients who received pharmacy services had significantly higher mastery of pharmacy knowledge than previous scores (P <0.05). Conclusion: According to the specific conditions of patients for pharmacy services, can effectively improve the degree of familiarity with common pharmacy knowledge in hospital patients, which will help to improve the patient’s clinical treatment, medication compliance.
