高校多媒体教室作为一种基础性资源,在教学活动中起到支撑作用.针对高校多媒体教室管理工作中存在的共性问题,应从多媒体教室管理归属、教室管理制度的完善、多媒体教室设备管理、管理人员技能培训和教师技能培训等5个方面提出具体的精细化管理措施,以便实现高校多媒体教室的精细化管理.
