从改革开放至今,中央和各级政府越来越重视人民群众的住房问题,出台的一系列政策措施也越来越符合实际情况,满足了中低收入群体的居住需求,同时作为商品住房的有效补充,也抑制了房价的过快上涨。但是保障房施工管理中存在一些不客忽视的问题,需要在施工管理的实践中加以解决。因此,本文研究的重点就是结合当前保障房建筑工程施工存在的问题进行分析,探讨完善保障房建筑工程施工管理的方案。 Since the reform and opening up, the Central Government and all levels of government have paid more and more attention to the people’s housing problems.
