依托高校培养国防生,是军队干部生长制度的一项重要改革,是军区实施人才战略工程的重要组成部分。近年来,随着国防生和大学生干部逐年增多,为军区部队建设增添了勃勃生机,他们和军校生一样,都将成为军区部队建设的重要力量。国防生和大学生干部作为一支新生力量,他们有文化素质较高的优势,但也有军政素质相对偏弱的不足。如何有效提高国防生和大学生干部的军政素质,使之尽快适应军队的特点和需要,近年来,军区部队各级做了一些有益的探索和实践,效果已经或正在令人欣喜地展现出来。我们刊发这组稿件,目的就是想引起各级对国防生和大学生干部培养的高度关注,为做好这项工作提供一些启迪和借鉴。 Relying on colleges and universities to train national defense students is an important reform of the military cadre's growth system and an important part of the military's strategic project of implementing talent management.
