大佛寺矿井40110综放工作面是坚硬厚煤层综放工作面,其皮带机头硐室断面较大,以往采用二次成巷方式,施工难度高,成本较高。为了确保掘进施工安全、支护强度、质量要求和设备安装,根据皮带机头硐室设备尺寸及安全间隙要求,采用一次成巷技术。文章介绍了一次成巷技术的支护设计及其施工方法和工艺,并对其支护效果进行分析,肯定了一次成巷技术的可行性和合理性。
The working face of 40110 fully mechanized top coal caving in DafuSi Mine is a fully mechanized top coal caving face with thick and thick coal seam. The section of the headstock of the belt is large. In the past, the secondary alley-forming method was adopted. The construction is difficult and the cost is high. In order to ensure construction safety, support strength, quality requirements and equipment installation, according to the first belt conveyor head chamber equipment size and safety clearance requirements, using a lane into the technology. This paper introduces the design of supporting technology of an alley and its construction method and process, analyzes its supporting effect, and affirms the feasibility and rationality of alley technology.
