目的探讨诱卵器法用于白纹伊蚊密度监测的适用性。方法分析2007-2014年通过蚊虫孳生地调查及布放诱蚊诱卵器分别得到的广州市白纹伊蚊密度监测数据的相关性,对诱卵器法的适用性进行评价。结果广州市2007-2014年白纹伊蚊布雷图指数与标准间指数相关系数为0.79,诱蚊诱卵指数与布雷图指数相关系数为0.49,诱蚊诱卵指数与标准间指数相关系数为0.40。布雷图指数与标准间指数间相关性具有统计学意义(P<0.05);而诱蚊诱卵指数与布雷图指数、标准间指数相关性无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在全年蚊密度最高的5-9月份,2014年BI高于2013年同期,2014年5-9月诱蚊诱卵指数低于2013年同期。结论诱蚊诱卵指数不能取代布雷图指数或标准间指数来监测白纹伊蚊密度高低。
Objective To investigate the applicability of the ovitrap method for density monitoring of Aedes albopictus. Methods The correlation between density of Aedes albopictus collected from mosquito breeding sites and mosquito-harbored ovum collected from 2007 to 2014 in Guangzhou was analyzed, and the applicability of the method was evaluated. Results The correlation coefficient between the BAC index and standard inter-standard index was 0.79 in 2007-2014 in Guangzhou City, 0.49 for mosquito-oviposition index and 0.47 for Brescia index, and 0.40 for mosquito-ovulation index and standard inter-standard index . The correlation between the Brettill index and the inter-standard index was statistically significant (P <0.05). However, there was no significant correlation between the mosquito-oviposition index and the Bretton chart and inter-standard index (P> 0.05). In the 5-9 month period with the highest mosquito density throughout the year, the BI in 2014 was higher than that in the same period in 2013, while that in May-September 2014 was lower than the same period in 2013. Conclusion The mosquito-oviposition index can not replace the BREA index or inter-standard index to monitor the density of Aedes albopictus.
