本文用绵羊红细胞和兔抗羊凝集素进行PMN-EA花环形成试验,以检测人PMN的Fc受体。对影响PMN-EA花环形成的多种因素进行了观察,发现可用牛血清白蛋白代替人血清白蛋白进行实验;不同的凝集素稀释度、PMN:EA比值及营养液对花环形成有很大影响;离心后15分钟涂片可获得最高的花环形成率。我们检测了41名正常成人的PMN-EA花环形成率为81±6.29%(X±SD)。男女之间无显著差异。
In this paper, PMN-EA garland formation assays were performed using sheep erythrocytes and rabbit anti-goat lectin to detect human PMN Fc receptors. Various factors that affect the formation of garland of PMN-EA were observed and it was found that bovine serum albumin can be used instead of human serum albumin; different lectin dilutions, ratio of PMN:EA, and nutrient solution have a great influence on garland formation. After smearing 15 minutes after centrifugation, the highest garland formation rate can be obtained. We detected the garland formation rate of PMN-EA in 41 normal adults at 81±6.29% (X±SD). There are no significant differences between men and women.
