高校学生党建工作是党的建设的重要组成部分。大学生党员是学生中的精英群体,是建设中国特色社会主义、实现“中国梦”的后备中坚力量。面对部分学生党员存在的理想信念不坚定、入党动机不纯正等问题,高校党组织需要不断完善工作机制,加强制度建设,做到四个必须、体现四个结合、重视四个主体、拓展四个多元。只有这样,才能将党的各项制度、法规落实落细落小,将顶层设计落地生根,使学生党建工作奠定扎实的基础。 Party building in college students is an important part of party building.
