随着我国工业的快速发展,企业在给人们生活提供便利的同时,却忽略了生产过程中的大量浪费,严重违背了可持续发展的科学发展观。从十一五规划提出节能降耗的观点以来,工业生产迅速响应,积极改造生产设备和工艺,以达到企业效益的最大化。本文从贫胺液硫含量、优化再生塔的控制方案、采用空气冷却器、采用两段再生工艺、富胺液分类处理、应用胺液净化技术等方面,对胺液再生装置节能降耗的方向和措施进行了探讨,为胺液再生装置的优化设计以及生产调优提供理论依据。
Along with the rapid development of our country’s industry, while enterprises provide convenience to people’s lives, they neglect a great deal of waste in the production process and seriously violate the scientific development concept of sustainable development. Since the Eleventh Five-Year Plan put forward the idea of saving energy and reducing consumption, industrial production has responded promptly and actively transformed production equipment and processes so as to maximize the efficiency of enterprises. In this paper, the lean amine liquid sulfur content, the optimal regeneration tower control program, the use of air cooler, the use of two-stage regeneration process, the rich amine classification treatment, the application of amine purification technology, the ammonia regeneration unit energy saving direction And measures were discussed, which provided the theoretical basis for the optimal design of amine regeneration device and the production optimization.
