目的检测VEGF和MMP-9蛋白在食管鳞癌中的表达,探讨其病理临床意义及其相关性。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测51例食管鳞癌组织、27例癌旁非典型增生和15例正常食管黏膜组织中VEGF和MMP-9蛋白的表达,分析其与食管癌的临床分期、分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移的关系及二者的相关性。结果VEGF和MMP-9蛋白在食管鳞癌组织中的表达明显高于癌旁非典型增生组织和正常食管黏膜(P<0.05),在中晚期食管癌组织中的表达高于早期,在侵及纤维膜组中的表达明显高于未侵及纤维膜组,在有淋巴结转移组中的表达高于无淋巴结转移组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),但VEGF在高分化组和低分化组的表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而MMP-9在高分化组和低分化组的表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两者的表达呈正相关关系(rs=0.419)。结论VEGF和MMP-9在食管癌组织中的表达和临床分期、浸润深度、淋巴结转移有关,两者的表达呈正相关性。
Objective To detect the expression of VEGF and MMP-9 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) and to explore its clinical significance and its correlation. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of VEGF and MMP-9 in 51 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma, 27 cases of paracancerous atypical hyperplasia and 15 cases of normal esophageal mucosa. The clinical stage, differentiation degree , Depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis and the relationship between the two. Results The expressions of VEGF and MMP-9 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues were significantly higher than those in atypical hyperplastic tissues and normal esophageal mucosa (P <0.05), and were higher in advanced esophageal cancer tissues than in early esophageal cancer tissues The expression in fibrosis group was significantly higher than that in non-invasion and fibrosis group, the expression was higher in lymph node metastasis group than in non-lymph node metastasis group (all P <0.05) (P> 0.05), while the expression of MMP-9 in well-differentiated and poorly differentiated groups was significantly different (P <0.05). There was a positive correlation between them rs = 0.419). Conclusions The expression of VEGF and MMP-9 in esophageal carcinoma is related to clinical stage, depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis, and the expression of VEGF and MMP-9 is positively correlated.
