对CSP的铸坯组织、成分偏析以及成品进行了研究。结果表明:CSP薄板坯的低倍组织较为细密,柱状晶比较发达,在中心部位存在疏松和偏析,但偏析比传统铸坯小;从铸坯表面到铸坯中心,碳有明显的偏析,在距中心附近,有负偏析,中心部为正偏析,随着碳含量的增加,碳的偏析也增加;中间包的碳含量与轧制后钢卷的碳含量不同,轧制后钢卷的碳含量明显要低。
CSP slab structure, composition segregation and finished products were studied. The results show that the microstructure of CSP thin slab is more compact, the columnar crystals are more developed, there is looseness and segregation in the central part, but the segregation is smaller than the traditional slab. The carbon segregates obviously from the slab surface to the slab center. There is negative segregation near the center and positive segregation at the center. Carbon segregation also increases with the increase of carbon content. The carbon content of the tundish is different from the carbon content of the coil after rolling. The carbon content of the rolled coil The content is obviously lower.
