利他行为是人类社会实践活动中的高尚行为,是一种自愿的,以帮助他人为目的的社会行为,是道德发展的较高层次。在社会转型时期,经济转型与价值观念的变迁给我国的学校道德教育工作带来巨大影响,对于学生利他行为的培养更是带来了挑战。利他行为是道德发展的较高阶段,它的发展是儿童道德发展的一项重要指标,对儿童的社会化进程具有重要作用。《礼记·学记》曰:“是故学然后知不足,教然后知困。知不足然后能自反也,知困然后能自强也。
